A recent graduate or professional with 1 to 3 years of experience, with hands-on experience working with LLMs and a passion for generative AI and NLP. • →Collaborate with the team to design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art models for client projects and internal tools. 
• →Develop and integrate agentic AI solutions using tool calling, and emerging protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create autonomous, context-aware applications.
• →Research and implement innovative generative AI applications to solve complex business problems. 
• →Design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure LLM performance, establishing quality metrics and benchmarks that guide development decisions and ensure reliable, production-ready solutions.
• →Optimize the performance, scalability, and usability of LLM-powered products and tools. 
• →Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of AI systems, including models, APIs, and supporting infrastructure. 
• →Participate in technical discussions and brainstorming sessions to shape impactful solutions.

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related field. 
• Experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or advanced NLP applications (e.g., fine-tuning models, using frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI).
•  Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI and NLP libraries.
•  Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to address real-world challenges through AI. 
• Good communication skills in English, Dutch or French; additional languages are a plus. 
• A growth mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
