Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate with the team to design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art models for client projects and internal tools.
- →Develop and integrate agentic AI solutions using tool calling, and emerging protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create autonomous, context-aware applications.
- →Research and implement innovative generative AI applications to solve complex business problems.
- →Design and implement comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure LLM performance, establishing quality metrics and benchmarks that guide development decisions and ensure reliable, production-ready solutions.
- →Optimize the performance, scalability, and usability of LLM-powered products and tools.
- →Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of AI systems, including models, APIs, and supporting infrastructure.
- →Participate in technical discussions and brainstorming sessions to shape impactful solutions.
- A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a related field.
- Experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or advanced NLP applications (e.g., fine-tuning models, using frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI).
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI and NLP libraries.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to address real-world challenges through AI.
- Good communication skills in English, Dutch or French; additional languages are a plus.
- A growth mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.
