We are looking for an ambitious, analytically minded talent who is passionate about leveraging data and AI to solve business problems. The ideal candidate meets several of the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or a related field. An excellent academic track record is highly valued.
  • Work Experience: Approximately 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting with a mandatory focus on the Pharma & Life Sciences sector and with a proven track record of delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven transformation projects.
  • Pharma Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of the life sciences ecosystem, including regulatory environments, the drug development lifecycle, and digital health trends.
  • Business Acumen & AI Fluency: A strong dual affinity for business and technology. You possess a deep understanding of modern data and AI concepts (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, predictive machine learning, cloud architectures) and their practical business applications. While you do not need to be a programmer, you must be capable of scoping AI use cases and confidently discussing tech constraints and opportunities with c-level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI, machine learning concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms) is expected – you should be tech-savvy and eager to deepen your understanding of the data/AI domain.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with an ability to draw insights from data. You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable handling data-driven analysis to support decision making.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can present complex ideas clearly and can adapt your message to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience creating impactful presentations or reports is a must. You also enjoy working collaboratively in teams and liaising with clients.
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; French is a strong plus.
  • Work Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in Switzerland.
