Senior Consultant – Strategy & Data/AI Transformation

Artefact Belgium is looking for a Senior Consultant – Strategy & Data/AI to help our clients navigate their most complex strategic challenges at the intersection of business and technology. • →Drive strategy development: Work with client leadership teams to address high-stakes questions — How can AI reshape our business model? How should we govern and organize for data? Which strategic programs deliver the most impact?
• →Solve complex problems: Break down ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable recommendations using structured frameworks, enriched by Artefact's data and AI expertise.
• →Deliver end-to-end engagements: Support projects from hypothesis framing and market/competitor analysis to client workshops, governance design, and implementation roadmaps with the technical team.
• →Engage senior stakeholders: Collaborate closely with C-level executives and business unit leaders, building trusted relationships and ensuring strategic alignment throughout engagements.
• →Build knowledge and offerings: Contribute to the growth of Artefact's Belgium office by shaping new service offerings, creating intellectual capital (frameworks, thought pieces, benchmarks), and supporting business development efforts.
• →Contribute to thought leadership: Publish insights, participate in industry events, and help position Artefact Belgium as a leading voice on AI and data transformation.

• A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; an excellent academic track record is highly valued.
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or a related field (including internships or business analyst roles).
• A dual affinity for business and technology — you enjoy solving complex problems and can approach challenges in a structured, strategic way.
• Familiarity with data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI, machine learning concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms); you don't need to be a programmer, but you should be tech-savvy and eager to grow in the data/AI domain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating impactful presentations and reports for senior audiences.
• Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus.
• You must be eligible to work in Belgium.
