This is where you come in, as a Junior Category Manager - Outdoor & New Business, you'll drive the continuous in-season health, margin optimization, and cross-functional execution of our outdoor furniture category. This is a 15 month fixed term covering a parental leave.
Date of fixed term: October 2026 - January 2028
Why We Need You:
Date of fixed term: October 2026 - January 2028
Why We Need You:
In Category Management, our Outdoor & New Business category needs a dedicated operational leader to maintain seamless line plan execution, protect gross margins, and navigate cross-functional supply trade-offs through January 2028. This fits into our larger need to ensure operational stability across seasonal product lines while delivering exceptional quality and value to our customers.
Within the first few months, you’d successfully ramp up on current outdoor line plans, establish strong collaborative rhythms with Sourcing, Design, and Planning, and lead weekly performance reporting. In a year, you’ll be proud to say you’ve managed a full seasonal outdoor cycle from peak sales through post-season analysis, protected product margins against supply chain shifts, and delivered actionable insights for future line expansion.
