Junior Category Manager- Upholstery

As a Junior Category Manager - Living Room Upholstery - Small Bodies & Made to Order Business, you'll drive the continuous in-season health, margin optimization, and cross-functional execution of these integral categories.

In the Category Management team, we curate a world-class furniture catalog that balances consumer trends, competitive pricing, and profitability. This fits into our larger need to expand our Living Room Upholstery and Made-to-Order categories, ensuring we deliver the right products at the right price and time while hitting our financial targets.

Within the first few months, you’d take ownership of in-season reporting, support line plan creation, and ensure product milestone deadlines are met. In a year, you’ll be proud to say you’ve optimized the category's margin profile, managed key product lifecycles, and helped scale our Made to Order business.

We are a collaborative team that bridges customer insights with commercial execution. We work closely with Design, Sourcing, Merchandise Planning, and global factory partners to bring product assortments to life across digital channels.

We are a hybrid team - you'll be in the office 3 days per week.
