Position Overview:
- Manage the outbound and inbound logistics (domestic and imports) for the Nexus product line
- Work closely with the Medical Education Team (MedEd), endovascular (Nexus) sales reps and customer service for logistical assistance as needed
- Have a clear understanding of the Nexus product line and all associated procedures
- Work closely with product managers and the Endospan team to maintain adequate inventory levels in finished goods
- Monitor tracking of all Nexus shipments (domestic and imports) and intervene as needed with carriers, couriers and customs to ensure product arrives in a timely manner
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports as needed
- Support management with investigating Non-Conformances, Corrective/Preventative Actions and Field assurance complaints.
- Perform/Oversee completion of all housekeeping tasks
- Take calls for the department
- Cross function support within shipping/receiving
- Fully proficient with international distribution of finished goods.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School diploma, some collegiate education preferred.
- Computer skills (Microsoft suites, SAP).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed and organized
- Ability to lift 70lbs several times a day.
- Min. five years’ experience preferred
