Keep imported finished goods and materials moving accurately from wharf to site. Based in Southbank HQ, Melbourne VIC, you will coordinate deliveries, transactions, inventory and documentation across international logistics and supply chain teams. Your work supports perfect order outcomes, controls avoidable cost risks and gives sites clear, reliable delivery commitments. Each day brings close coordination with planners, site teams, commercial partners and logistics service providers. 

Responsibilities

  • →Coordinate international logistics for imported finished goods and materials, supporting accurate and timely delivery outcomes.
  • →Manage wharf cartage movements by aligning receiving commitments, RCCP inputs and detailed site delivery requirements.
  • →Process dynamic transactions, goods receipts, work orders and purchase orders to keep transactions and site inventory aligned.
  • →Maintain consolidated documentation and import and export reporting, ensuring key stakeholders receive accurate information.
  • →Monitor logistics cost risks, including container detention, while supporting budget delivery and order-to-delivery improvements. 
  • You bring experience in an FMCG supply chain or international logistics environment, supported by a strong customer service focus.
  • You apply practical international logistics and import/export knowledge, with a strong commitment to making sure goods are where they need to be on-time, every time. 
  • You use SAP and/or BSM effectively and maintain a high standard of operational and transactional accuracy.
  • You communicate clearly and influence effectively across management, front-line operations and external supply chain partners.
  • You contribute insight, constructive challenge and improvement ideas that strengthen order-to-delivery efficiency and customer service.
