Are you ready to take the next step in your manufacturing leadership career?

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Shift Manager to join our Laverton site. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating site operations across brewing and packaging during a 24/7 manufacturing operation, ensuring safety, quality, service, and operational performance targets are achieved. As a Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting teams across site, making real-time operational decisions, and driving a safe, high-performing culture.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across the site during your shift.
Provide leadership and support to operational teams, ensuring safe and effective execution of production plans.
Act as the primary escalation point for operational, safety, quality, and maintenance issues.
Coordinate site activities and work closely with Packaging, Brewing, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance site performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP and operational procedures.
Drive accountability and operational decision-making during shift operations.
Support maintenance, changeovers, breakdown management and production continuity activities.

You are a strong operational leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Experience leading teams within FMCG, manufacturing, beverage, food or related industries.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A genuine commitment to safety and quality.
Experience managing operational issues in a production environment.
The ability to influence and support teams without micromanaging.
Exposure to SAP or similar production systems is advantageous.
Beverage, brewing or continuous manufacturing experience will be highly regarded.

Rotating 12-hour shifts.
24/7 manufacturing environment.
Strong operational presence, with the majority of time spent supporting teams on the floor.
