Continuous Improvement Engineer

ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer located at our Columbia, PA facility. The CI Engineer supports the identification and implementation of operational improvements to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation goals.  This role leads the deployment of Lean principles across the site and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement into daily operations and plant culture.
