Are you passionate about combining strong business analysis capabilities with a solid technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and platform delivery? Do you have experience being at the intersection of business analysis, platform governance, and technical enablement?
If so, now is your chance to join Ascendis Pharma as our new Business Analyst in the D365 Platform team.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Build trusted relationships across business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and coherence across the broader Microsoft platform landscape.
- →Define, gather, and structure requirements for new platform capabilities that support business-facing product teams.
- →Support platform-related initiatives from early scoping through execution, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery, handover, and quality outcomes.
- →Strengthen documentation, governance, and operational discipline across a growing portfolio of Power Platform solutions, platform frameworks, and newly introduced Microsoft platform capabilities.
- →Contribute actively to daily platform operations, helping to drive timely issue resolution across teams and partners.
- →Support Azure DevOps pipeline activities and deployment processes in close collaboration with the D365 Platform Engineer.
- →Support selected D365 F&O operational activities, including batch jobs, license administration, and access management, within a highly regulated business environment.
Requirements
~1 min readYou hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master’s degree and proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital, or technology enabled environment.
Furthermore, you:
- Have hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
- Have solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and confidence working in Azure DevOps
- Are familiar with Dynamics 365 F&O and the broader Microsoft cloud ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Are structured, analytical, and thorough, with a strong focus on documentation, standardization, and follow-through
You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be comfortable managing multiple workstreams while maintaining clarity and momentum across deliverables
