We’re Looking for an ESOL Teacher Who Brings More Than a Lesson Plan

The Role
ESOL Teacher | On site Worcester, MA | $21.38–$24.51/hour
You’ll:
- Design engaging, real-world lessons that build confidence and independence
- Support adult learners in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Create a classroom where students feel safe, seen, and empowered
- Track progress and celebrate growth—big and small
- Bring innovation into the classroom with creative, adaptive teaching methods
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Teaching experience (adult learners a plus)
- TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (preferred)
- Passion for working in multicultural, multilingual communities
- A belief that education can truly change lives
