We’re Looking for an ESOL Teacher Who Brings More Than a Lesson Plan

This isn’t about standing in front of a classroom and checking a box.

The Role

ESOL Teacher | On site Worcester, MA | $21.38–$24.51/hour

You’ll:

  • Design engaging, real-world lessons that build confidence and independence
  • Support adult learners in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
  • Create a classroom where students feel safe, seen, and empowered
  • Track progress and celebrate growth—big and small
  • Bring innovation into the classroom with creative, adaptive teaching methods

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching experience (adult learners a plus)
  • TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (preferred)
  • Passion for working in multicultural, multilingual communities
  • A belief that education can truly change lives
