We're looking for an experienced (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team to support hiring across a diverse portfolio of business and enabling functions.
This role is ideal for a talent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with senior leaders, and excels at delivering exceptional hiring outcomes through strong stakeholder management, market insight, and execution excellence.
While most of the hiring will be focused in North America, approximately 10-20% of the role will support recruitment for enabling functions in Europe, requiring collaboration with international stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer across a variety of business and corporate functions.
- →Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies aligned to business objectives.
- →Recruit for a broad range of roles and levels, including individual contributors, managers, senior leaders, and executive-level positions.
- →Support hiring across functions including:
- →Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, etc
- →Lead intake and calibration discussions to clearly define hiring requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
- →Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent through direct sourcing, referrals and networking,
- →Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- →Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing talent market intelligence, competitive insights, and recruiting best practices.
- →Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- →Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and data integrity within recruitment systems and processes.
- →Partner with People Team colleagues across regions to support global hiring initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended environment.
- Possess significant experience recruiting across business and corporate functions such as Operations, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, HR, or Supply Chain.
- Have a proven track record of managing recruitment processes for roles ranging from entry level to executive leadership.
- Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills and are comfortable partnering with leaders at all organizational levels.
- Are a strong communicator with the ability to influence, challenge, and guide hiring decisions constructively.
- Bring a consultative mindset and a customer-focused approach to recruitment.
- Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Are comfortable working in a global organization and collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
- Have experience using modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Are willing to travel occasionally for recruiting events and business meetings.
- Are comfortable working in the office 3-4 days per week
