Concessions Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while taking, filling, and serving drinks and food to guests in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities

Greet guests and take drink and food orders from guests

Fulfill orders accurately and in compliance with company standards
- →
Adhere to company and state guidelines when serving alcoholic beverages
- →
Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchases
- →
Process payments for items served and balance all receipts
- →
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions

Maintains accurate accounting of inventory at assigned sales location

Ensure all transfers are fulfilled and without discrepancy or shortages

Responsible for the completion of setup, as well as prep, opening and closing duties as assigned by the Sr F&B Manager or designee

Keep work area clean and organized

Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards

Maintain a professional appearance

Understand and be capable of ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed

Performs other duties as required and/or assigned

Requirements

Must be personable, friendly and welcoming
Knowledge of and ability to execute drink recipes
Must be able to create and serve drinks and food in a timely manner
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance and good personal hygiene standards
Subject to credit and background screening
High School diploma or GED required
Experience in bartending, concessions, or catering preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be personable and proactive in providing guests with the highest level of customer service
Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, interacting with multiple departments
Ability to read, speak, and write English language
Must be able to communicate in a clear manner with guests and teammates
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate skill in utilizing Point of Sales systems with Inventory Control.
Must have or obtain and maintain ServSafe training certification

Must be able to hear and speak to use a two-way radio
Work flexible hours, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
