✓Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a Maintenance team, by leading and supervise maintenance resources in a flexible and agile manner, making swift decisions and adapting to changing situations.

✓Communicate with stakeholders to inform them about the planned works in progress whilst ensuring that service level agreements are met and sustained.

✓Positively shaping the development of behavioural safety and risk management, ensuring that ADSL’s QHSE policies and procedures are implemented across the area of responsibility.

✓Work with the Garrison HSE teams to ensure that maintenance is performed in accordance with the CDM Regulations, ADSL’s Safe System of Work, Asbestos Management, and QHSE requirements.

✓Cultivating a high-performing team by identifying training needs and monitoring the workforce’s performance to ensure engagement, upholding standards, and potential.

✓Communicate with stakeholders to inform them about the planned works in progress whilst ensuring that service level agreements are met and sustained.
