Open Positions:
- Job title: Director of Compliance & Quality Improvement
- The Director of Compliance & Quality Improvement provides leadership for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and best practice standards across Aspire’s service lines. This role oversees systems that ensure adherence to applicable state, federal, and contractual requirements, while partnering with operational leaders to identify risk, strengthen quality practices, support corrective action, and promote sustainable improvement. This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and sustainability of best practice standards across Aspire’s service lines. This role ensures that services are delivered in a manner that reflects current evidence-based practices, regulatory expectations, and Aspire’s mission and values, while promoting consistency, quality outcomes, and person-centered supports. This position sits on the Senior Management Team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Minimum of 5 years management experience overseeing group homes, shared living, educational settings, and/or day programs in an environment that provides services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- One year of experience with certification and/or quality assurance preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office/365, Electronic Health Record, and other agency platforms
- Excellence in the creation, development and implementation of systems
- Ability to travel frequently for work using personal vehicle
- Must have satisfactory background checks
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Location: Hamden Office (Hybrid, expected to be in office/programs at least 3 days per week)
- Shift: 1st
- Hours: 40
- Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8:30-4:30
- Pay: $67,000-$80,000 annually
