People on the move deserve a bank that moves with them. Since 2022, Aspora has been building a borderless financial operating system that makes money as mobile and transparent as its users.

Backed by influential venture capitalists like Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, Hummingbird Ventures, Y Combinator & Global Founders Capital. We're a team of 150+ across India, the UK, the UAE, EU and the US, working with extreme ownership, radical candour, and an obsession with customer impact.

We celebrate builders who question assumptions, ship fast, and turn regulatory complexity into elegant solutions. If you’re driven to redefine what global banking can be, we’d love to build the future with you.

About the Role

~1 min read

This role exists to own and scale Aspora's paid acquisition engine across the US, UK, and UAE. Performance marketing at Aspora isn't a reporting function. It is the primary lever for user growth in regulated, cross-border markets where every dollar of spend needs to earn its place.

You'll run campaigns daily, not quarterly. You'll partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to ship experiments, read signals fast, and act on them. The role demands someone who is equally at home in a campaign dashboard and a CAC conversation with leadership.

  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google (Search, UAC, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic channels across US, UK, and UAE markets.

  • Drive monthly media budget allocation, CAC targets, and ROAS efficiency across all channels and geographies.

  • Build and scale digital partnerships with OEMs, ad networks, and affiliates: from deal negotiation through integration and ongoing performance management.

  • Run a structured experimentation cadence covering creative, audience, landing page, and bid strategy tests, with documented learnings feeding the next cycle.

  • Deliver sharp daily data analysis: identify what's working, what's leaking, and translate findings into actions within the same week.

  • Partner with the creative team to brief, iterate, and ship performance creatives built around conversion, not aesthetics.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in consumer apps or fintech with multi-market exposure.

  • Deep working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads at the structural level: you make campaign architecture decisions independently, not just read dashboards.

  • Experienced running campaigns in international markets (US, UK, UAE, or similar); comfortable with multi-currency CAC and geo-level budget decisions.

  • Analytical by default: fluent in GA4, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch), Excel/Sheets, and able to answer "so what" from data rather than just report numbers.

  • Proven track record managing OEM partnerships, ad networks, and affiliate programs end-to-end.

  • Bias for execution: you ship a test today rather than wait two weeks for a perfect plan.

  • High ownership. You treat problems as yours until they're solved.

Strong advantages: SQL or BI tool fluency (Looker, Mode, Metabase), familiarity with attribution modelling and incrementality testing, exposure to creative testing frameworks. Not required.

  • Own the paid acquisition engine for a fast-scaling fintech serving the global Indian diaspora across three major markets from day one.

  • Build cross-border growth playbooks that don't yet exist: no inherited structure, no inherited constraints.

  • Work at the intersection of performance, product, and brand in a company where growth decisions carry real weight.

  • Learn the mechanics of regulated fintech growth across US, UK, and UAE simultaneously, with direct exposure to leadership and strategy.

  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and ESOPs aligned with Aspora's long-term vision.

This is an in-office role based at our Bengaluru headquarters.
