At Assort Health, we're building one continuous conversation for every patient. An AI agent that knows who you are, remembers how you like to be reached, and carries that context from your first symptom to your full recovery. What began as the first voice AI agent to schedule a specialty appointment has become the largest proprietary specialty dataset in healthcare: 190 million patient interactions, 62,000 care protocols, 1.6 million decision pathways.
We went from 15 people in 2025 and will cross 250 by the end of 2026. Revenue is up 20x in 15 months and we've raised $222 million, including a recent $120 million Series C at a $1.2 billion valuation. You'll be our first dedicated Data hire — owning everything from pipelines to dashboards to ad-hoc analysis. You'll directly unblock Product, RevOps, Marketing, Finance and CS, collaborate closely with Engineering and Ops Analyst teams; while building the data foundation of our organization and our agents as we continue scaling on.
All analytics pipelines, data pond, and data schemas (our source of truth)
Customer health monitoring, alerting and predictive analytics / churn risk
Outcome labeling and eval datasets for our AI agents
Agent funnel analysis, prioritization and working with a Conversation Designer
Client facing dashboards and QBR reporting (Omni / Looker)
Experiment setup, new metrics, go/no-go decisions (Statsig)
ETL pipelines from 3rd party databases like EHRs, CRMs and whatcomes.
You will develop the systems for long-term agent memory
Responsible for data quality, completeness and uptime

5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or analytics-heavy roles
Strong SQL and Python — you write production-quality code
ETL experience — you've built and maintained data pipelines
Track record of shipping data products: dashboards, alerting, reporting systems
Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast at a startup
Strong x-functional collaboration and decision making
Experience deploying internal AI Agents to uplevel the broader team
Bias toward pragmatic solutions
Nice to Have

Experience with AI agent evals, monitoring and testing
Agent Backtest / Golden Datasets
Patient profiles, deep personalization based on past interactions and relevant medical history.
