  • Manage relationships with e-commerce platform teams and Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across assigned online channels.
  • Coordinate issue resolution related to orders, listings, pricing, and customer experience.
  • Drive business growth opportunities through platform partnerships.
Product Content & Listing Management
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, product information, images, and descriptions.
  • Maintain high-quality content standards across all online platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for content updates, banners, and promotional assets.
  • Improve product visibility and discoverability through platform optimization.
Promotions & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and platform-specific deals.
  • Participate in major sales events, flash sales, mega campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Optimize product exposure during key commercial events.
  • Track and evaluate ROI and effectiveness of promotional activities.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Monitor stock availability across all e-commerce channels.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations through proactive planning.
  • Support demand forecasting based on historical sales trends and upcoming promotions.
Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, promotions, and online activities.
  • Identify market trends and recommend opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in E-commerce Sales, Marketplace Management, Online Retail, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing major UAE e-commerce channels and marketplaces is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and execution excellence
