Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager capable of structuring, leading, and executing the marketing strategy for Astonjet, with a strong focus on brand positioning, content, and high-end client acquisition.

Based in Malta, you will play a key role in elevating the brand image, driving qualified leads, and supporting business growth in the luxury aviation segment.

This role requires a hands-on approach, combining strategy, content creation, and execution in a premium and fast-paced environment.

• Define and execute the global marketing strategy for Astonjet (branding, acquisition, positioning)

• Strengthen Astonjet’s positioning in the luxury aviation market

• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints

• Develop high-end brand storytelling aligned with client expectations

• Manage and optimize the Astonjet website (WordPress)

• Improve SEO performance (technical + content)

• Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation

• Monitor performance (traffic, conversion, SEO rankings)

• Define and lead the content strategy (social media, video, luxury branding)

• Produce or supervise high-quality visual content (photo, video, storytelling)

• Travel regularly for on-site shoots (aircraft, destinations, client experience)

• Ensure premium quality and consistency across all content

• Write and oversee press releases and corporate communications

• Create and manage client-facing materials (brochures, presentations, commercial decks)

• Develop high-end corporate presentations aligned with Astonjet’s luxury positioning

• Guarantee consistency across all brand assets and communication channels

• Develop acquisition channels (SEO, paid media, partnerships, referrals)

• Optimize performance (lead generation, conversion, ROI)

• Implement tracking and performance dashboards

• Align marketing efforts with commercial objectives

• Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams across the group

• Support commercial initiatives and client acquisition strategies

• Contribute to partnerships and brand development opportunities

• A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, or a related field

• Significant experience (5+ years) in marketing, ideally in luxury, aviation, or premium services

• Strong expertise in WordPress (website management, SEO, content)

• Proven experience in content creation (photo/video production, storytelling)

• Strong experience in corporate communication (press releases, brochures, presentations)

• Experience in digital acquisition (SEO, paid ads, performance marketing)

• Excellent writing skills in English (French is a plus)

• Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end client expectations

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and premium standards

• Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven

• Creative and comfortable producing high-quality content

• Able to work in a fast-paced, international environment

• Willing to travel regularly for content production and business needs
