Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
Experience Task - you'll present an Experience Task of the store you're applying to and share this with your Area Manager and Store Manager in person
In-Store Experience Interview - a chance for you to experience life as a Store Manager in an A&M store with our Head of Retail
