The Maintenance Supervisor leads and coordinates all overnight maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency. This role provides hands-on leadership with a strong focus on electrical systems and extrusion machinery while minimizing downtime and supporting plant performance.

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Midnight Shift)

• →Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians on overnight shift
• →Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, and production equipment
• →Lead maintenance support for extrusion lines to ensure uptime
• →Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• →Respond to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
• →Ensure safe, compliant maintenance practices
• →Collaborate with production to minimize downtime
• →Maintain maintenance records and reporting
• →Train and mentor maintenance staff
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
• 5–8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and controls
• Extrusion equipment experience strongly preferred

• Advanced troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, controls)
• Knowledge of PLCs, drives, motors, and automation systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently on overnight shift
