## About the Role
This isn't just a banking job; it's a chance to put purpose at the heart of finance. As ATB’s next Culture Banker specializing in Non-Profits, you are an essential force in fueling Alberta's greater good. You will manage a sophisticated, high-impact portfolio, partnering directly with the visionary leaders and institutional boards of Non-Profit Organizations, Community Foundations, and vital Social Impact Entities. Your expertise lies in translating intricate institutional regulations and complex grant-based funding structures into clear, transformative financial solutions. You are relentlessly inventive in tackling the specialized governance needs of institutional boards and excel at building your professional brand to create powerful Centres of Influence (COI). Ultimately, you won't just manage accounts, you'll be instrumental in making it possible and driving profound social change across our province.

## Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
* Drive Social Impact Growth: Actively discover and cultivate deep relationships with non-profit organizations, community foundations, and creative entities across Alberta.
* Master the Board Sales Cycle: Expertly navigate complex, multi-layered board structures and governance committees to pitch, secure, and manage sophisticated institutional banking relationships.
* Architect Tailored Financial Solutions: Build and implement strategic financial packages—including short-term liquidity tools, long-term specialized investments, and cash-management solutions aligned with grant guidelines and non-profit mandates.
* Push the Boundaries of Traditional Banking: Challenge the status quo and explore the limits of standard banking practices to co-create innovative, customized solutions for unique community and non-profit needs.
* Develop Multi-Disciplinary Expertise: Leverage your foundational knowledge of business and retail banking products to deliver full-suite, holistic financial strategies for both the organization and its key stakeholders.
* Champion Alberta’s Social & Creative Ecosystem: Bring a genuine passion for the gritty, ins-and-outs of Alberta’s non-profit and creative sectors, acting as a trusted advocate and strategic partner for the people who drive community impact

* Flawlessly Organized: You stay highly organized and always follow through to ensure compliance and processes are handled flawlessly.
* Financially & Sector Savvy: You bring solid expertise in business banking practices, financial principles, and the regulations governing non-profit organizations
What you bring:
* A post-secondary degree or diploma in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field is considered a strong asset.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial/business banking or financial relationship management, with a preferred focus on supporting non-profit organizations or public-sector entities.
