Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Associate, you’ll help keep our advanced manufacturing operations running efficiently by diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems. You'll work hands-on in a dynamic production environment supporting critical industries like aerospace, energy, and defense.

→Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
→Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across plant equipment
→Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
→Install and maintain 3-phase motor controls, AC/DC circuits, and basic relay logic
→Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout planning

Starting Pay: $77,000/year
Shift Differential: $2/hour for night shifts
