→Supervise all aspects of coating line production during assigned shift.
→Ensure employees follow all safety protocols and manufacturing procedures.
→Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
→Coach, train, and develop production operators; conduct performance evaluations and assist with staffing decisions.
→Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance as needed.
→Monitor quality standards and work with the Quality Team to address non-conformities or process deviations.
→Track KPIs and operational data; recommend and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
→Maintain accurate documentation, including production logs, incident reports, and downtime tracking. Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with 5S and Lean principles.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Technology preferred.
3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in coating, extrusion, or roll-to-roll production preferred.
Strong knowledge of coating processes, material handling systems, and industrial safety practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.
