PHP Developer

We are AT&T’s Infrastructure Automation & Tools team, a vital part of the company’s technology infrastructure. Our team manages and maintains a diverse portfolio of enterprise systems and tools that support AT&T’s mission-critical applications and services. We ensure the performance, security, and scalability of infrastructure platforms across the organization, working collaboratively to deliver innovative, resilient, and efficient solutions that drive operational excellence. As a proficient PHP Developer in our Infrastructure tools and automation team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the lifecycle management of Server systems. You will leverage your expertise in PHP to automate inventory management, patching, and decommissioning processes. Working closely with database and system design engineers, IT and Security teams, and infrastructure stakeholders, you’ll help support business-critical applications and data infrastructure.

  Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using PHP

  Manage lifecycle activities for Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server systems and applications, including inventory, patching, and decommissioning.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure for business-critical applications and databases.

  Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and automation.

  Support compliance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  Cover working hours: 9 am – 5 pm, with occasional flexibility as per business need.

• 3+ years experience in automation and scripting using PHP

• Hands-on experience in application / system lifecycle management, patching, automation, merging etc.

• Experience supporting enterprise environments.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and system reliability.

• Strategic mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

• Passion for system reliability, automation, and delivering high-impact solutions.

Our PHP Developer earns between 3,100 - 4,700 EUR gross / month. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.  

This position is hybrid, and you may be expected to go into Bratislava office 3 days a week.
