Professional Licensed Surveyor - Project Manager

You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include:

• →Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery
• →Technical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations
• →Team Development: Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
• →Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives
• →Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations
• →Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance

This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.

• Licensed Land Surveyor (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)
• At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight
• Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
