• →Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand job requirements.
• →Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
• →Construct, install, and repair frameworks, walls, flooring, and cabinetry.
• →Maintain adherence to safety procedures and keep the work environment organized and clean.
• →Work collaboratively with other trades and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• →Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

• →Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• →Good understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• →Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• →Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and tools.
• →Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• →Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to different job sites as needed.
