• →Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to install kitchen cabinets, countertops, and fixtures accurately.
• →Construct and repair wooden structures and fittings in kitchens, including cabinetry and shelving.
• →Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision using hand tools and power tools.
• →Ensure that all installations are compliant with safety regulations and building codes.
• →Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and provide recommendations for materials and layouts.
• →Troubleshoot any installation issues that arise and provide effective solutions.
• →Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times.
• →Assist in training and mentoring junior carpenters and kitchen fitters as needed.

• →High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship or specialized training in kitchen fitting is preferred.
• →Proven experience as a Carpenter and Kitchen Fitter or in a similar role.
• →Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials used in kitchen fitting, and installation processes.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• →Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy materials.
• →Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• →A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to various job sites as needed.
