CNC Operator

• →Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate precision parts based on technical drawings.
• →Interpret CNC programs and adjust settings as needed to meet specifications.
• →Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• →Monitor production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
• →Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools.
• →Maintain accurate production documentation, including job logs and maintenance records.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• →Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• →Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar position in manufacturing.
• →Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, including G-code and M-code.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• →Familiarity with various CNC machining processes and tooling.
• →Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• →Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• →Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
