• →Oversee all CSA site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• →Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• →Proven experience as a Site Manager in CSA projects or similar construction environments.
• →Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• →Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• →Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• →Effective communication skills for interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
• →Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• →Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, NEBOSH) are advantageous.
