Aureol Global Connections is looking for an experienced Foreman Carpenter to lead and supervise carpentry teams on various construction projects. As a Foreman Carpenter, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership, organizational skills, and carpentry expertise will be pivotal in coordinating work, maintaining safety standards, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate carpentry teams throughout project phases.
  • Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide work activities.
  • Allocate tasks efficiently, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate carpenters and apprentices to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.
  • Manage material ordering, inventory, and equipment maintenance to support project requirements.
  • Proven experience as a Foreman Carpenter or in a senior carpentry supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of carpentry methods, tools, and materials.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of health and safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
  • Physical stamina and hands-on experience in carpentry work.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between job sites as necessary.
