HGV Mechanic

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a qualified HGV Mechanic to join our team, responsible for servicing and repairing heavy goods vehicles to ensure their reliability and safety on the road. This role requires hands-on expertise and a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance, ensuring that all HGVs are maintained to the highest standards.

• →Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with HGV components and systems.
• →Carry out repairs and maintenance, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
• →Perform preventative maintenance to minimize vehicle downtime.
• →Keep detailed records of services and repairs performed.
• →Follow all health and safety procedures strictly during repair and maintenance tasks.
• →Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• →Stay updated on the latest industry standards and vehicle technologies.

• →Relevant certifications or apprenticeship qualification in heavy vehicle mechanics.
• →Experience working as an HGV Mechanic or similar role.
• →Competence in diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HGVs.
• →Proficient use of diagnostic tools and equipment for heavy vehicles.
• →Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
