Landscaper/Paver

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a skilled Landscaper/Paver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining outdoor landscapes with an emphasis on paving work including pathways, patios, and driveways. Your expertise will contribute to creating aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces that meet client expectations. • →Prepare and level ground surfaces for landscaping and paving projects.
• →Install paving materials such as bricks, stones, concrete, and tiles according to design specifications.
• →Layout and align pavers to create visually appealing and structurally sound surfaces.
• →Maintain gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas, including planting, mulching, and irrigation.
• →Operate landscaping and paving tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• →Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver within deadlines.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work site.

• →Previous experience as a Landscaper and Paver or similar role.
• →Knowledge of landscaping techniques and paving materials.
• →Ability to read and interpret project plans and design layouts.
• →Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
• →Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in paving installation.
• →Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• →Familiarity with safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them.
• →Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel to different job sites.
