As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. • →Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing damage before plaster application.
• →Mix, apply, and finish plaster coatings using hand tools and spray equipment.
• →Ensure smooth and even surfaces on walls and ceilings according to project specifications.
• →Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to understand requirements.
• →Maintain safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized.
• →Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on schedule.
• →Identify and repair plaster defects or cracks efficiently.

• →Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role in construction.
• →Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• →Excellent attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
• →Physical stamina and dexterity to handle plastering tasks.
• →Understanding of health and safety standards in construction environments.
• →Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• →Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites if required.
