Aureol Global Connections is seeking skilled Plasterers to enhance the quality and finish of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring a flawless and durable finish. Working closely with our construction teams, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding results across residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

• →Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, patching, and smoothing areas.
• →Mix, apply, and finish plaster using various techniques and tools.
• →Ensure high-quality, smooth finishes in compliance with project specifications.
• →Interpret blueprints and technical drawings related to plastering work.
• →Maintain health and safety standards on site at all times.
• →Collaborate effectively with team members and other tradespeople.
• →Carry out repairs to damaged plaster surfaces as needed.

• →Demonstrated experience as a Plasterer in construction.
• →Solid understanding of plaster types, tools, and application methods.
• →Ability to interpret technical plans and complete tasks accurately.
• →Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• →Physical capability to perform manual plastering work.
• →Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• →Good teamwork and communication skills.
• →Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
