• →Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• →Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
• →Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• →Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• →Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, tools used, and inspection results.
• →Adhere to all safety standards and practices while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• →Stay current with advancements in CNC technology and programming techniques.

• →Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision machining environment.
• →Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software.
• →Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• →Proficiency in operating various CNC machinery, including mills and lathes.
• →Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• →Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• →Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO standards is a plus.
