• →Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
• →Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with financial targets and reporting requirements.
• →Assist in the tendering process by preparing Bills of Quantities and evaluating contractor bids.
• →Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential cost variations.
• →Collaborate with project managers to implement effective cost management strategies.
• →Review contracts and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value.
• →Provide advice on financial matters related to claims, variations, and contract disputes.
• →Stay updated on market trends and legislative changes impacting the construction sector.

• →Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• →A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• →Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, financial management, and cost estimating.
• →Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
• →Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost assessment.
• →Strong communication and negotiation abilities for liaising with clients and contractors.
• →Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• →Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is advantageous but not required.
