Aureol Global Connections is seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our esteemed engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, analysis, and implementation of complex structural engineering projects across various sectors. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will leverage your expertise to develop innovative design solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with project teams, and oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Perform detailed structural analysis and design calculations for various building types and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate design solutions within multidisciplinary projects.
  • Prepare technical reports, design documents, and specifications for project deliverables.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in structural engineering practices, codes, and technologies.
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, etc.) and CAD tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience managing projects and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent is preferred.
