We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of construction and civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out works, supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and assisting with the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in construction and civil engineering projects

• Carry out setting out and surveying activities using total stations, GPS equipment, and other surveying instruments in accordance with drawing, specification and project requirements

• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and Quality standards

• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction information.

• Survey and document installed site services for Safety Handover File

• Monitor site progress and assist in delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Supervise subcontractors and site operatives to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Conduct quality inspections and maintain quality assurance records.

• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and as-built information.

• Proficiency with surveying equipment and setting out equipment GPS, Total, Stations and Laser Levels

• Experience in Auto Cad and BIM.

• Assist with planning and coordinating site activities and resources.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges.

• Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Support the implementation of health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

• Assist with material take-offs, procurement, and project reporting where required

• Assist with other site duties when required.
