Senior Workforce Controller / HR Controller (m/f/d)

At AutoScout24, we are building a best-in-class global Finance organization—and personnel cost controlling (HR Controlling / Workforce Controlling) is at its core. As our Senior Workforce Controller, you will own and optimize global FTE planning, headcount controlling, and personnel cost forecasting, managing the largest cost line in our P&L. 

This is a newly created, high-impact Finance role where you will design and scale workforce controlling processes across multiple countries, partnering with Finance Business Partners, FP&A, and People Operations (HR).
