Role Purpose
The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and enhancing secure, resilient enterprise network infrastructure. The role ensures reliable connectivity across Data Centres, cloud environments, campus networks and other technology platforms, supporting business requirements and operational excellence.

- →Strong Experience in enterprise network engineering specifically Cisco technologies
- →Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network security concepts.
- →Experience with firewalls, load balancing, VPNs and secure remote access.
- →Understanding of Data Centre and cloud networking architectures.
- →Experience with network monitoring, event correlation and performance analysis.
- →Knowledge of high availability, resilience and disaster recovery principles.
- →Familiarity with network automation, scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
- →Understanding of identity-aware access, segmentation and secure-by-design practices.
- →Relevant professional networking certifications would be advantageous.
- →Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- →Experience: Typically, six to ten years of relevant experience, or demonstrable expertise appropriate to the role.
- →Experience coordinating the work of others or contributing to technical projects is desirable.
- →Strong understanding of platform reliability, security, resilience and operational excellence.
- →Experience participating in incident, problem, change and lifecycle management.
- →Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- →Commitment to continuous learning, professional development and relevant industry accreditations.
- →A collaborative, improvement focused and automation-oriented approach to engineering.
