Who We are We Looking For

We are looking for a detail oriented Quality Assurance Analyst who can confidently identify, document, and communicate software issues while collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure a high-quality user experience. The successful candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing thorough testing with fast-paced delivery. Experience with UX/UI design principles is considered a strong asset, with an eye for both functionality and usability. 



What You'll Do

This role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases for weekly software releases.
  • Validate end-to-end clinic workflows including scheduling, patient management, billing, charting, reporting, and other operational modules.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure release quality.
  • Conduct smoke testing and release validation prior to production deployments.
  • Ensure all releases meet usability, functionality, and performance expectations.



What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related role
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered thinking is a strong asset
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and bug tracking workflows
  • Experience testing web and/or mobile applications across different devices and browsers
  • Ability to clearly document, reproduce, and communicate issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Linear, Postman, GitHub, or similar platforms is an asset
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks is considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams



Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected salary range is $65,000–85,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities

  • 4 weeks paid vacation, plus company closure between December 25 and January 1
  • Remote-first: work from anywhere in Canada
