QA/QC PLC Automation Technician

Supervise PLC panel assembly activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.

Conduct thorough QA/QC inspections, including wiring accuracy, functionality tests, and documentation reviews.

Perform PLC panel power-up, IO checkout, logic/HMI internal testing, and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) both internally and with clients.

Collaborate with the design team for red markups and resolve any discrepancies in drawings or wiring.

Prepare detailed progress and quality reports, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.

Ensure all work complies with QCS2014 and established safety protocols.

Maintain proper documentation of all inspections, test procedures, and findings.

Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related technical field.

7-8 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC roles within automation, PLC panel assembly, or system integrator environments.

Strong knowledge of PLC wiring techniques, industrial automation standards, and schematic interpretation.

Proficient in reading and analyzing design drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
