Industrial Security Representative III

• →Maintain all security documentation and files in accordance with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requirements.
• →Maintain Facility Security Clearance (FCL) documentation and submission in accordance with DCSA requirements.
• →Maintain DD-254s including compiling and disseminating sub-DD254s.
• →Manage and maintain documentation to include Standard Practice Procedures (SPP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Action Plans
• →Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
• →Provide and document new employee security briefings, exit interviews and debriefing, investigate and report security violations and incidents.
• →Maintain classified holdings and prepare classified transmittals in accordance with NISPOM guidelines and requirements.
• →Participate and oversee annual refresher training to include preparing necessary documentation in support of the DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments.
• →Partners with internal and external clients to identify and address escalated contractual, personnel, facility and information security issues in accordance with the NISPOM
• →Provide security support to Human Resources, Contracts, and Proposal teams.
• →Advise personnel of their reporting requirements, both personal/administrative and compliance/incident-related reports.
• →Interpret government policies for the development and implementation of security plans and procedures. 
• →Experience with the classification management process and classification guides associated with DoD and IC information. 
• →Ability to create and use Security Classification Guides
• →Maintain a working relationship with DCSA or other Federal Agencies and each contract's security office.
• →Develop and maintain effective “Document Inventory and Control Program” for management of classified systems, media and documents.
• →Participate in the development and execution of security education programs.
• →Perform daily security activities and enforce government and company security policies.
• →Experience with AFRL and NASIC contracts and programmatic support

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
