Test Engineer II

  Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.

  This position requires C# / OOP software development using Visual Studio IDE. Experience in LabVIEW is also required.

  Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing, configuring and calibrating product.

  Develops test plans and strategies

  Independently drives for results and consistently meets deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines.

  Work with diverse teams across multiple disciplines.

  Provides feedback to product design team to improve testability of design.

  Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues

  Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). ITAR

• Radio Frequency (RF), video test experience is preferred

• Strong quality, risk quantification, and technical leadership skills

• Possesses effective problem resolution, judgment & decision making skills
