We are currently hiring Physician Assistants for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, CO.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a provider to provide medical care, medication management, and clinical oversight in a detox and residential substance use disorder treatment setting.

This role emphasizes patient stabilization, interdisciplinary collaboration, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance, allowing clinicians to practice thoughtfully in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

· Provide medical monitoring and medication management in detox and residential care

· Stabilize patients with substance use disorders to support engagement in treatment

· Order and review medications, labs, and urine drug screens (UDS)

· Document all medical care in the electronic medical record (EMR)

· Collaborate with medical, clinical, and utilization review (UR) teams

· Ensure compliance with state regulations, JCAHO, CARF, and ASAM standards

· Manage daily and weekly patient schedules efficiently

Required Qualifications:

· Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in Colorado

· Active DEA registration

· Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, psychiatry, or mental health (1+ year preferred)

· Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
