The Sr. Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, equipment servicing, basic wiring and mechanical and HVAC maintenance and repair.

- Performs maintenance service and repairs in the area of plumbing, carpentry, painting, equipment servicing, basic wiring and mechanical and HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Perform scheduling, PM's, repairs, and support utility.
- Responsible for the care and maintenance of utilities systems; WFI, RO/DI, Clean Steam Generator, Plant Steam Generator and Processed Air.
- Familiar with variety of field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of complicated tasks.
- Make daily inspections of equipment and service, execute preventative maintenance and general work requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records to ensure cGMP compliance.
- Perform “On Call” responsibilities, weekends and after hours
- Maintain repair and preventative maintenance records.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment associated with maintenance work.
- Troubleshoots and performs various repairs on utilities, laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Confers with vendors, contractors, and other departments.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent and four to six years of experience in maintenance trades, and trade knowledge in a specialized field or process; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
