Quantity Surveyor

  Provide accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.

  Prepare and evaluate tenders, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other commercial documentation.

• →

  Monitor project progress, manage cost variations, and deliver timely financial reporting.

• →

  Administer various forms of contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

• →

  Identify and mitigate commercial risks to protect project outcomes and business interests.

• →

  Support the Commercial Manager and Senior Commercial Manager in the resolution of contractual and financial disputes.

• Experience in a similar Commercial/Contract Management role, with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Finance and working towards professional body membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB, ICE).

• Strong understanding of commercial contract management, NEC form of contracts, and financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).

• High proficiency in IT, especially MS Excel, and excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to build strong working relationships, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Demonstrates ownership, clear communication, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
