• Provide technical system analysis and production support for policy administration platforms
• Investigate, triage, and resolve system issues, defects, and data discrepancies
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand policy workflows and operational challenges
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend system or process improvements
• Support batch processing, system integrations, and data flows across platforms
• Document findings, workflows, and system behaviors to improve team knowledge and efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams to support enhancements, fixes, and releases

• 6–10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Production Support Analyst
• Strong experience supporting policy administration systems within life insurance or annuity environments
• Proven ability to triage issues, troubleshoot system behavior, and perform root cause analysis
• Hands-on experience working with production support, batch processing, and system integrations
• Solid understanding of policy lifecycle, annuity products, and insurance operations
• Ability to clearly differentiate between system analysis vs. development responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile environments and operational workflows
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools for investigation and validation is preferred
