This team plays a key role in ensuring customers and internal banking teams receive accurate support, product guidance, setup assistance, issue resolution, and operational continuity across cash management platforms. The environment is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and built around collaboration between operations, technology, banking personnel, and control partners.

Engagement: W2 only no C2C/1099

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Los Angeles, CA, supporting a cash management operations function in a professional banking environment. The role offers exposure to customer-facing banking operations, online banking services, product support, system testing, audit coordination, and special department initiatives.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for cash management products, services, and online banking platforms.
  • Deliver WebEx-based product training to customers and internal banking personnel on cash management tools, features, and service capabilities.
  • Perform customer setups and support onboarding activities for cash management online banking services.
  • Monitor product usage, system activity, and service performance to help identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer and internal user problems within assigned authority.
  • Support user testing for system upgrades, product enhancements, and new cash management capabilities.
  • Assist with audits, examinations, reporting, correspondence, and special department projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures in a regulated banking operations environment.
  • 5–7 years of relevant banking operations, cash management, treasury services, online banking support, or client services experience.
  • Strong understanding of cash management products, online banking platforms, customer setup processes, and operational support workflows.
  • Experience providing customer-facing and internal user support in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Ability to train users on product features, system functionality, and operational procedures through virtual tools such as WebEx.
  • Experience assisting with system testing, upgrades, product changes, or new product development support.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review reports, prepare correspondence, and manage routine operational tasks accurately.
  • Comfortable supporting audits, examinations, controls, documentation, and regulated banking procedures.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, and follow-through skills.
